no more wisdom teeth

now, i'm four teeth less. thank goodness for painkillers... still, it's very discomforting. ah well, it'll pass soon enough. it's not as bad as i anticipated. only REALLY weird thing is when your lips and tongue is numb from after the operation, you can't feel a thing.. REALLY weird. on my way back from the detist in the car, all of a sudden i feel wetness under my chin... i was like, "WHAT THE"?? i realized that when you're numb like that, you don't even realize you're drooling, cuz you have ABSOLUTELY no feeling.

looks like it's gonna be congee and jello for the next few days. SO HUNGRY!!

locked up

what's the deal? it's saturday... i'm back in montreal... and i'm sitting at my dining room table with a mess of papers, my laptop and junk food spread across the table. can barely see the table any more. TWO WORDS: workterm report. BAH. So much for "relaxing" being back. The only relaxing day i had and probably will have until next weekend would be yesterday. Today and tomorrow will be "work on workterm report" day... Monday's gonna be "run around the city doing errands day"... Tuesday to Thursday just gonna be "the days of pain" as I will be getting my wisdom teeth extracted on Tuesday. I'm gonna be drugged and look like a chipmunk. Hopefully I'll be up and running with my work term report done by next Friday. So... pretty much, i'm gonna be locked up in my home for the next while with my slow 56k dial up internet. sucks so much... i was looking forward to spending time with people... don't look like that's gonna really happen.. *sigh*.. hrm.. someone wanna come over and feed me while i'm all drugged? :P... HAHA...

I better get to see more of the sun while i'm back.... don't like what theweathernetwork has to say about the next few days.... WHERE'S THE SUN??

i'm back?!

so it's been a while. life's been busy. wasup with that?! one minute, i was killing time.. and next thing I knew.. i'm scrambling to keep my schedule strait so i can manage the things i have to do. USUALLY, i work one shift at mikey's (friend's parents' restaurant) for lunch. and this past week, since all the students have exams, I agreed to help out and take their shifts. It's been nice - to get some money :). And it feels good to be able to help out... but i'm so drained. worked for 10 hours today! and btw... kat's parents are awesome! - such nice people - so generous and funny. had siu ap today - they had it brought up from TO. SO GOOD. so awesome to have a nice chinese meal. anyways, back to what i was saying... i've been working at mikey's so much that one night, in my dream, all i saw were 5.97... 5.74.. 7.79... 7.22... 5.00.... 7.00.... (prices with the tax)... aside from that... there's the work report for workterm that i've been trying to get working on - it's taking MUCH LONGER than i anticipated... looks like i'll be working on it when i get back to montreal... NOT FUN!! GAH!! speaking of montreal - taking the viatrain back next thursday - 21st!! WOOHOO... HOME...!!! i'll be back in montrel at 16h56... gare central... someone wanna meet me? train 60 from Toronto. i'll probably catch the train de banlieue back home at 17h10 or the one at 17h25.. or later if someone wants to meet up?? greeting party for herman?? :P either way, it's all good. that's it for now. hopefully it won't be another month before i update... hehe... laterz.
